The Colombian city of Medellin hosts 185 archers from 18 countries this week for the first continental world ranking event since Monterrey and the Pan American Youth Championships on 3-9 May at the Luis Alberto Villegas baseball stadium.

Archers will compete across 14 categories, including senior, junior, cadet and master age groups.

Top internationals Sara Lopez, Nicholas D’Amour, Roberto Hernandez and Valentina Vazquez are among those participating.

This competition in Medellin will also feature the main qualification tournament for the first Pan American Youth Games, scheduled to take place later this year in another Colombian city – Cali, on Saturday morning.
