The Mexican trio of Alejandra Valencia, Ana Vazquez and Angela Ruiz, won the team bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The Mexicans shot their best match in the fight for third place against the Netherlands with scores of 57, 54, 56 and 57, and a final score of 6-2.
“The work of the three of us allowed us to achieve this historic medal for Mexico,” commented Valencia.
This is the second Olympic medal for Valencia, who won the bronze medal in Tokyo in the mixed team competition with Luis Alvarez.
