World Archery Americas is the continental organization in charge of the promotion and development of archery in America. It is responsible for coordinating archery events in the region, and fulfills the mission assigned by its member associations to serve as a liaison with Pan Am Sports and other regional sports organizations to technically support the archery competitions of the Continental Games and Regionals.
World Archery Americas was founded in 1979 as the Pan American Archery Confederation.
World Archery Americas elects its president, vice presidents, council, and audit board to serve four-year terms. The secretary general is appointed by the president.
